Documentation is not a bonus feature. It’s what prevents vendor lock-in, confusion, and “who knows how this works?” later.

Depending on module, documentation can include:
* **Concept / planning docs** (Shematix output: spec, wireframe, system sketch — ready for implementation) 
* **Repositories, configuration notes, and technical documentation** after development/deployments.
* A dedicated **project wiki** with technical overview, setup guides, and process descriptions — designed to stay useful long after launch.
