How does acceptance generally work and what deadlines typically apply?

Acceptance — how “done” is defined

We don’t do vague “looks good to me” deliveries. We do defined outputs and a clean handover.

General rule:

  • Scope, timeframe and deliverables are agreed per project (offer/briefing).
  • Project contracts typically end when the agreed service is delivered.

Module example (Shematix):

  • The Shematix concept is usually delivered as a digital document (PDF).
  • After handover, you have 4 weeks to decide whether implementation should be done by VICRONIX or by a third party. If we don’t hear back within that period, the concept is considered accepted (and related licensing becomes due).

In other modules, acceptance is typically tied to milestones, deliverables, or commissioning results — and we lock that down in the project briefing/offer so expectations stay measurable.
