# How does acceptance generally work and what deadlines typically apply?

# Acceptance — how “done” is defined

We don’t do vague “looks good to me” deliveries. We do **defined outputs** and a clean handover.

General rule:
* Scope, timeframe and deliverables are agreed per project (offer/briefing).
* Project contracts typically end when the agreed service is delivered.

Module example (Shematix):
* The Shematix concept is usually delivered as a **digital document (PDF)**.
* After handover, you have **4 weeks** to decide whether implementation should be done by VICRONIX or by a third party. If we don’t hear back within that period, the concept is considered accepted (and related licensing becomes due).

|| In other modules, acceptance is typically tied to milestones, deliverables, or commissioning results — and we lock that down in the project briefing/offer so expectations stay measurable.
