What you should prepare as a customer


Speed isn’t about working longer hours. It’s about removing blockers.


What we typically need from you:

  • Goal + success criteria (what “done” means in your world)
  • Access & credentials (systems, hosting, tools, accounts)
  • Materials/content you want us to use (and confirmation that it doesn’t violate third-party rights and is malware-free)
  • Backups: you are responsible for backing up your data and systems, unless we explicitly agree otherwise.


If access arrives late or key info is missing, delivery timelines can shift and extra effort can appear. We don’t like that. You don’t like that. So we design the process to prevent it.
