What you should prepare as a customer
Speed isn’t about working longer hours. It’s about removing blockers.
What we typically need from you:
- Goal + success criteria (what “done” means in your world)
- Access & credentials (systems, hosting, tools, accounts)
- Materials/content you want us to use (and confirmation that it doesn’t violate third-party rights and is malware-free)
- Backups: you are responsible for backing up your data and systems, unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
