  • What does VICRONIX do, and who is it intended for?
We’re VICRONIX. Think of us as a digital + technical tool lab: we don’t sell “pretty slides” — we build systems that solve real problems. That can mean automating workflows, modernizing setups, or shipping something entirely new, combining software expertise with hands-on technical know-how. If your day is full of manual steps, duct-taped tools, fragile setups, or “it works… until it doesn’t” infrastructure — you’re our kind of project. Our mission is simple: technology should neveFew readers
  • How does the modular principle work?
The VICRONIX Module Principle — why we do it this way We work in modules because projects have phases. Planning is not the same as development. Development is not the same as installation. And maintenance is its own universe. That’s why VICRONIX is structured into modules like Shematix (planning), Stackforge (development), Buildup (installation), Fluxion (maintenance) and more. Each module has a clear purpose and a clear output — and you pick what you actually need.Few readers
  • How do I start a project?
The “no-drama” Path Here’s the typical flow: You reach out (chat/email). We clarify the basics: goal, context, constraints, timeline, budget range. We choose the right entry module. You receive an offer describing scope, timeframe, remuneration, and deliverables. Contract is concluded when you confirm the offer in writing or digitally. We start execution.Few readers
  • What types of projects do you typically handle?
What kinds of projects we typically build We’re not locked into one niche. We’re locked into one principle: make it work — cleanly. Typical categories: Workflow automation + system integration Hosting & platform setups Custom software + APIs + websites Technical implementations on-site Long-term maintenance & support to keep systems stable Prototypes/components via 3D printing/laser cuttingFew readers
  • What do I need to prepare as a customer to ensure that the project does not get blocked?
What you should prepare as a customer Speed isn’t about working longer hours. It’s about removing blockers. What we typically need from you: Goal + success criteria (what “done” means in your world) Access & credentials (systems, hosting, tools, accounts) Materials/content you want us to use (and confirmation that it doesn’t violate third-party rights and is malware-free) Backups: you are responsible for backing up your data and systems, unless we explicitly agree oFew readers
  • How does acceptance generally work and what deadlines typically apply?
Acceptance — how “done” is defined We don’t do vague “looks good to me” deliveries. We do defined outputs and a clean handover. General rule: Scope, timeframe and deliverables are agreed per project (offer/briefing). Project contracts typically end when the agreed service is delivered. Module example (Shematix): The Shematix concept is usually delivered as a digital document (PDF). After handover, you have 4 weeks to decide whether implementation should be done by VICFew readers
  • How are documentation/reports provided?
Documentation & Reports — what you get Documentation is not a bonus feature. It’s what prevents vendor lock-in, confusion, and “who knows how this works?” later. Depending on module, documentation can include: Concept / planning docs (Shematix output: spec, wireframe, system sketch — ready for implementation) Repositories, configuration notes, and technical documentation after development/deployments. A dedicated project wiki with technical overview, setup guides, and procFew readers
  • Do you use project references/examples, and how are they anonymized?
References & Examples — how we handle that We love showing what we build — but we don’t do it in a way that exposes your business. In our GTC we reserve the right to use anonymized project excerpts (think screenshots, technical snippets, system excerpts) for reference, demo, or marketing purposes — without identifying you by name or revealing confidential content. If a project has special confidentiality requirements, we can tighten the reference rules in the project agreement. But thFew readers
